Terms of Service

1. Definitions

"Platform": the TryOnn web application and all related services. "User": any natural or legal person using the Platform. "Session": a single virtual try-on processing where a photo is uploaded and processed.

2. Applicability

These terms of service apply to all agreements between TryOnn and the User. By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

3. Services

TryOnn offers a Virtual Try-On service that allows end users to virtually try on clothing. The availability of the service depends on the chosen subscription.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Exceeding the included number of sessions is charged separately.
• Cancellation is possible at any time. The subscription continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual property

All rights to the Platform, technology and branding are owned by TryOnn. Users retain the rights to their own uploaded content.

6. Liability

TryOnn is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to TryOnn in the past 12 months.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
